Return Policy

  • Return Requirements:

    • Items must be returned to our warehouse in New Jersey in their original carton.
    • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Additional Notes:

    • Returns without just cause or resulting from customer error may incur additional restocking fees per the manufacturer’s policies. These fees will be deducted from the refund.
    • For purchases that included free shipping, the original delivery freight costs will be deducted from the refund if the return is for reasons other than damage or manufacturer defects.
