Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Timeline: All orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours after order confirmation.

Return Policy

Damaged Items

  • Inspection Window: Inspect your shipments within 15 days of receiving them.

Missing Pieces

Non-Defective Returns

  • Notification: Communicate non-defective returns within 15 days of receipt.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
  • Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Examples of Non-Defective Returns:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Size mismatch

  • Décor mismatch

  • Color/finish difference

  • Customer refusal

  • Wrong address or customer absence

  • Additional Restocking Fees:

    • Returns without just cause or due to customer error may incur additional restocking fees as per the manufacturer’s policies.
    • For purchases with free shipping, the original delivery freight costs will be deducted from refunds for reasons other than damage or manufacturer defects.

Claim and Credit Processing

  • Processing Timeline: Claims are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Notes:
    • Shipping costs for refused or canceled items after shipment are not covered.
