Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders of $500 and above
Return of Stock Items

Return Authorization:
- All returns must be approved and issued a Return Authorization Number before being returned.
- Contact returns@majesticofficefurniture.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Item Condition:
- Items must be unused, clean, and free from damage, including dents, scratches, holes, tears, cracks, stickers, price tags, or writing.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all internal packaging, bubble wrap, and cardboard corners intact.

Reporting Damages:
- For LTL shipments, damages must be reported within 5 days.
- For all other shipments, damages must be reported within 15 days.
- Photos of damaged or defective products, along with SKU confirmation, are required before assembly.

Delivery Inspections:
- Damaged products must be signed for as damaged on the delivery receipt to qualify for a claim.
- Pallets/cartons should be counted upon delivery, and any missing items must be signed for as short shipped to be eligible for a claim.
- If unclear whether an item is damaged, inspect it upon delivery and sign with your name and date.

Damaged Stock Items:
- Damaged stock items can be returned or exchanged. Alternatively, parts can be ordered.

Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) Furniture:
- RTA furniture is non-returnable if the manufacturer’s carton has been opened, contents removed, or if the item has been assembled.

Return Fees:
- Returns without just cause or due to customer error may incur restocking fees based on the manufacturer’s policies.
- For items eligible for free shipping, the original delivery freight costs will be deducted from refunds for reasons other than damage or manufacturer defects.

Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Restocking Fees
- 0-15 Days: No restocking fee applies.
- 16-30 Days: A 50% restocking fee applies.
- 31+ Days: Returns are not accepted.
