Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free on orders $500 and up.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for items damaged during assembly or shipping.
  • Warranty: Includes a 90-Day Limited Distributor Warranty.
  • Other Returns:
    • Returns without just cause or due to customer error may incur restocking fees based on the manufacturer’s policies.
    • If a product was eligible for free shipping but is returned for reasons other than damage or manufacturer defects, the original delivery freight costs will be deducted from the refund.
