Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders.
- Quick Ship Items: Ship within 1-3 business days.
- Build-to-Order Items: Ship within 5-6 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Approval Required: Cancellations are subject to Correll's approval.
- No Cancellations After Production Starts: Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
- Financial Responsibility: The purchaser assumes financial responsibility after production starts.
- Special Orders: No cancellations are allowed for special orders.
Return Policy
- Authorization Required: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Correll.
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns.
- Return Window: No returns are accepted after 30 days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Discontinued, custom, or close-out merchandise cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to canceled orders, even if the order has not shipped but has been processed or collected.
Delivery Rescheduling
- Rescheduling Fee: Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to rescheduling delivery.
Claims
- Restocking Fees: Returns without just cause or due to customer error may incur restocking fees as per the manufacturer's policies. These fees will be deducted from the eligible refund.
- Freight Costs: For products returned due to reasons other than damage or manufacturer defects, the original delivery freight costs will be deducted from the refund.
